1. Use of the Service

The Service provides puzzle gameplay and score tracking based on device state, gameplay events, and selected game mode.

1.2.

To use the Service, you need:

• a mobile device with a unique identifier (device_id / UUID)
• internet access for online features (leaderboards/config)
• consent to push notifications (optional)

1.3.

The Service does not require registration and does not use user accounts.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree to:

• not use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• not violate third-party rights;
• not interfere with servers or infrastructure operations;
• not attempt to access restricted data or admin interfaces.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if violations are detected.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1.

Service content (game assets, code, UI, design) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

3.2.

You may use content only for personal, non-commercial gameplay through our app.

3.3.

Any copying, redistribution, or publication without permission is prohibited.

4. Personalization and Data

4.1.

The Service uses anonymous device and gameplay data to provide rankings, best score, and game configuration.

4.2.

We may collect:

• device_id, game type, score, duration, language, timezone, and push settings
• push token (FCM token)
• technical data (IP, region, device type)

4.3.

We do not collect user account credentials, passwords, or precise GPS coordinates.

5. Push Notifications

5.1.

Push notifications are sent only when permission is enabled.

5.2.

Users can disable notifications at any time in app settings.

5.3.

We may apply notification frequency limits to avoid spam.

6. Liability

6.1.

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service without failures;
• absence of temporary backend/API issues;
• that all content/features will match your expectations.

6.2.

You use the Service at your own risk. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, including data or revenue loss.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is published in the app or on the website.

Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination of Use

8.1.

You may stop using the application at any time by deleting it from your device.

8.2.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of Terms violations or for technical reasons.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Service owner is registered.

9.2.

All disputes are resolved in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
